Reservation, Rescheduling, Safety, and Participation Guidelines

Reservation & Rescheduling Policy

At Camino Wonders, we understand that every pilgrim’s path is unique, and occasionally, plans may shift. All reservations for our local Raleigh Camino Tour experience are non-refundable, but we do offer a one-time complimentary reschedule if you notify us with at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Please note:

• Late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Once the tour begins, our guides are fully focused on creating a reflective and cohesive group experience.
• If you’re having trouble finding the meeting location, please contact us in advance at info@caminowonders.com.

We’ll do our best to assist you before the walk begins.

We occasionally partner with local businesses or sacred spaces as starting points or reflection stops. We ask all  participants to treat these hosts and their property with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Right to Cancel

Camino Wonders reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any local tour due to weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or integrity of the experience.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by Camino Wonders, participants will be given the option to:

• Reschedule to a future date, or
• Receive a full refund.

Safety & Personal Responsibility

While we strive to create a meaningful, safe, and welcoming environment, our tours take place outdoors and involve walking in real-world settings. As a participant, you are responsible for:

• Your personal safety and physical readiness
• Following local laws, pedestrian signals, and general traffic awareness
• Bringing any items you may need (e.g., water, comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, Sunscreen)

Camino Wonders LLC is not liable for any injury, accident, or discomfort that may arise from walking conditions, weather, terrain, or participant conduct.

By participating, you accept full responsibility for your well-being during the event.

Media Use Consent

By joining a Camino Wonders walk, you agree that we may take photos, videos, or audio captured during the experience for promotional or educational purposes on our website, podcast, print materials, or social media platforms.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our guide at the start of the tour, we completely respect your privacy.
